When will the powers to be realize the best thing that could happen to CMS and for the students is to move it from a less crime ridden area. Yes I went to CMS and can speak from experience. I say turn it into the alternative school!!!
When will Columbus County, more specifically the town of Whiteville, realize that having two school systems is ridiculous?
Not only are we paying multiple people to do the same jobs, we are also dividing the county. It creates an attitude of “we are separate from you” that goes far beyond the classroom. I personally feel that if Whiteville doesn’t want anything to do with my children because they live out in the county, then I don’t want anything to do with Whiteville. I can go to Horry or Brunswick counties and buy anything I need.
I have no desire to support Whiteville if Whiteville has no desire to support my children.
